3D-SYMPOSIUM BEYOND
KARLSRUHE. GERMANY

THE CHALLENGE is a feature-length documentary film shot entirely in stereo 3D about the very moving rehabilitation struggles and work that take place at “Insitut Guttmann” near Barcelona.  It is screened at the Beyond Symposium in a work-in-progress version prior to 2015 festival participation. 

While the heart of the film is at the Institut Guttmann, the Challenge also features 3D international wheelchair sporting events filmed in Hamburg, Cardiff and London. This film was only made possible by the great facilities support of Prof. Ludger Pfanz of Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design which the producer most gratefully acknowledges, and by financial support from "Screen South".
